We will be following government restrictions to ensure the safety of the staff and customers throughout this pandemic. We have new regulations in place which will remain in place for the foreseeable future to ensure a safe and relaxed shopping experience. We still want to continue to offer the best possible customer service whilst operating within the guidelines so please read all the regulations below thoroughly and we very much look forward to seeing you soon!
An appointment MUST be made to enter the doors of the store, even if it is just for a collection. Please view the options on our booking system to see which option suits your visit.
Only yourself and 2 guests ONLY will be permitted in store (from the 4th July). One assisting guest must be able to help you into your dress, as staff are not permitted in the fitting room area.
Please arrive only on your appointment time stated. Kindly wait outside until your time slot if you are early. Unfortunately you will not be permitted entry if you are too late as we cannot let your appointment over run.
Hand sanitiser will be available at the door and must be used when you enter.
When you enter the store, please keep your distance from other customers and shop assistants.
Our customer toilets will be out of service during this time to prevent the spread of infection.
During this time, we cannot offer any customer refreshments, but please feel free to bring your own drinks and cups and take all the subsequent waste home with you.
We really hope you are all staying as safe as possible; we cannot wait to see all our existing customers again and meet our new brides and prom girls for this year coming. Please bear with us as much as you can, as we have a huge backlog of cancelled appointments and a limit to safe fitting room usage. Hopefully all your events will be rescheduled so you have new dates to look forward to! We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
