"The service from Tinks and the rest of the girls was friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the store and there was never any pushy sales techniques. The quality of the dresses are amazing, and very reasonably priced.
I was torn between two dresses so visited the store a second time to try them on again. Tinks was super patient and helpful. I hadn't brought my wedding shoes with me, so she even brought out some shoes that were of a similar height to check the dress was easy to walk around in.
I honestly couldn't fault my experience at this store!

"I had previously been to a few other bridal shops and and had no luck, I didn’t feel comfortable in the shops and felt the staff didn’t really care which started to make me give up and I felt that I would never find ‘the one’. "From the moment of phoning Mousetrap to finding my perfect wedding dress on my first visit I was very impressed by the overall professionalism. An email confirmed by appointment and then we were greeted when we arrived and introduced to Willow who is fantastic. She asked me a few simply questions about what I had in mind and then did an amazing job at helping me select styles to try. She was really helpful and attentive and super knowledgeable and friendly. 
My eldest bridesmaid was also with us and Willow helped her to feel really comfortable and again selected so suitable styles.

"I’ve been in contact with Willow over the past couple of months during lock down and she has been absolutely amazing and so reassuring. I called not long after we had gone into lock down because my 2nd bridal appointment to make my final decision and pay my deposit was two days after lockdown was announced and I was so worried about not being able to get my dress ordered in time. She reassured me that I would be kept up to date through the whole process. Once you had a date that you were able to re-open I was given a appointment straight away. When I came into the shop today it was very relaxing as all social distancing measures were in place. I was offered hand sanitiser as soon as I walked through the door, all the ladies in the boutique had masks and gloves in that were helping with dresses. I said yes to the dress today and I’d like to say a huge thank you to Willow for helping me with the whole process and can’t wait to try it on when it comes in."

"There were lots of changing rooms so you were not waiting even though it was busy. We were not on a time limit we were told to take as long as we liked. We were encouraged to take photos of all the dresses, which in most shops is not aloud until you purchase. When we narrowed it down to 3 dresses she was encouraged to keep changing until she was 100% sure of her choice.  Would recommend this shop to everyone."
